Primary Responsibilities:
1. Data Platform Engineering:
- Build and manage uniQure’s centralized Data Warehouse and Data Lake infrastructure.
- Onboard and integrate data from business applications and external vendors.
- Support Commercial and Clinical teams in leveraging the Data Platform for their reporting needs.
- Ensure streamlined processes for adding and governing data across departments.
2. Analytics & Dashboarding:
- Train teams to use PowerBI for self-service dashboards.
- Develop core reports for Management and various departments.
- Collaborate with teams in Market Access, Marketing Analytics, and Clinical Development to build effective visualizations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Engineering roles.
- Proven experience building and managing DWH/Data Lakes.
- Advanced SQL knowledge is essential.
- Understanding of Python or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with governance processes and SoX/GxP compliance.
- Academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and operate in an international, cross-functional environment.
