Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze and translate complex datasets into key insights using Tableau.
- Design, maintain, and enhance BI reports and dashboards.
- Scrub and validate data to ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to support business decisions.
- Develop insights, document findings, and deliver clear reports.
- Support additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional data analysis experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Financial Services, preferably banking.
- Advanced Tableau data visualization skills.
- Strong SQL, RDMS, and MPP database knowledge.
- Familiarity with DBeaver, SSMS, and AWS cloud-based analytics preferred.
- Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Agile methodology experience is a plus.
