Job Description

As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to implement new features and improve the Airtable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build beautiful, performant product features using AWS, Node.js, SQL, React, HTML, and CSS.
- Collaborate across teams to deeply understand customer needs and workflows.
- Contribute to core systems like permissions, commenting, notifications, and monetization.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and pair programming with experienced engineers.
Teams Hiring
- Core Experience Team: Focus on Interface Designer, permissions, notifications, and customer feedback.
- Monetization & Funnel Team: Optimize onboarding, billing, payments, and personalized user journeys.
Who Can Apply
- 2–8 years of industry experience in modern full-stack or frontend web development.
- Fluent in JavaScript, React, or similar technologies.
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco Bay Area or New York City.
- Strong understanding of scalable web architecture and UX.
- Strong decision-making and ownership qualities.
