About the Team
The Learning Engineering Group (formerly Lessonly) builds Seismic’s AI-enabled LMS system. This system powers interactive training, role play experiences, and course management features. As part of the team, you will help create innovative and intelligent learning tools that drive engagement and performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered features to enhance customer-facing experiences
- Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers to build and deploy impactful solutions
- Write clean, maintainable Ruby/Rails, NodeJS, and TypeScript code
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, and quality monitoring
- Ensure software meets functional, performance, and QA standards
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2–4 years of experience as a software engineer
- Proficient in Ruby/Rails, NodeJS, and TypeScript
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Ability to work independently and drive full development lifecycles
