Job Description
As a Data Engineer at WellSky, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. Your work will directly support the company’s data-driven strategies and decision-making processes in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data pipelines, models, and dashboards to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, data scientists, and solution partners.
- Ensure high data quality, accessibility, and security across systems.
- Develop and document workflows for complex data challenges and anomalies.
- Promote and follow best practices for data integration, warehousing, and visualization on cloud platforms.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of coding standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in a data engineering role.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably BigQuery/GCP).

- Familiarity with data replication tools and security standards.
