What You’ll Do
- Apply motion/time studies and work measurement techniques to improve workforce efficiency.
- Analyze workforce data to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
- Travel up to 50%, including occasional overnight stays.
- Work with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools for reporting and insights.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Academic or project experience with motion/time studies or work measurement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
- Internship or co-op experience in operations, retail, supply chain, or consulting.
- Familiarity with MOST certification (or ability to become certified).
Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Option 2: 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related field.
Walmart Salary & Benefits
Annual Salary Range: $80,000 – $155,000 plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses and potential stock options.
