You will work closely with internal teams like Strategic Analytics, Product, and Client IT to ensure data submissions meet stringent Sg2 standards and support mission-critical analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client data acquisition and ETL pipelines
- Perform data QA to ensure compliance with Sg2 specifications
- Coordinate new system implementations and ongoing process maintenance
- Communicate data requirements and project status to clients and internal teams
- Identify and implement process improvements in data operations
Required Qualifications
- Preferable degree in related field
- 2+ years of experience in data operations or healthcare analytics
- Proficient in SQL Server, writing stored procedures, and ETL design
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Healthcare data experience (ICD-9/10, CPT, DRG) preferred
