Responsibilities
- Produce and analyze member competitive pricing requests.
- Identify cost savings, standardization opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
- Review and research data issues; develop and implement solutions.
- Serve as the analytics project lead on both major and minor projects.
- Collaborate with senior management, internal teams, and external clients to address data concerns.
- Demonstrate teamwork, collaboration, and a strong customer service orientation.
- Develop and standardize procedures for data analysis and reporting.
- Maintain and support the in-house queue repository.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience required.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry, supply chain, and GPO contracting preferred.
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel, SQL, and MS Access (or similar database tools).
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of independent thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently as required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated hiring range: $41,500 – $79,300 annually.
- Incentive eligible position.
- Compensation decisions based on skills, experience, and organizational needs.
- Geographic factors may adjust compensation.
