- Partner with business teams to understand strategy, define requirements, and lead analytical projects from inception to delivery.
- Leverage structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights impacting client engagement and transactions.
- Acquire, compile, and validate data quality to ensure reliable analysis and reporting.
- Develop, manage, and optimize recurring analytical reports and dashboards.
- Build and deliver compelling data visualizations and presentations for business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics, customer experience, and financial services.
- Contribute to special projects and provide data-driven support for organizational initiatives.
- Minimum of five years of related data analytics or business intelligence experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and professional experience.
- Technical expertise in SQL, Python, and Tableau.
- Strong financial and investment acumen (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and communicate insights clearly.
