Key Responsibilities
- Compile, verify, and analyze student internship and engagement data (daily, weekly, semester)
- Extract, manage, and report on data from Handshake and Salesforce
- Support CPT tracking and employer engagement metrics
- Collaborate with Graduate Program Directors, faculty, and the CMC team
- Contribute to career development workshop planning and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, Math, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data compilation, validation, and reporting across systems
- Experience analyzing survey data using SAS, SPSS, R, or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills; strong attention to detail and data privacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Power BI, CRM/Salesforce familiarity
- Curiosity in data storytelling and visualization
- Experience in a fast-paced academic or student services setting
