The Enterprise Fraud Data Strategy Analyst is a critical member of the Fraud Enterprise Operations team. You’ll support business reporting and analytics for payment channel systems, helping protect customers and the organization from fraudulent activity. This role requires strong analytical skills, fraud detection expertise, and the ability to recommend actionable strategies to senior leadership.

- Analyze fraud trends using statistical models and decision tree analysis.
- Create reports and dashboards for senior executives to track fraud performance.
- Develop fraud prevention strategies across payment channels including debit, credit, ACH, wire, checks, and digital banking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate, investigate, and resolve fraud claims.
- Identify emerging fraud patterns and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
- Operate systems and tools for data analysis, reporting, and fraud monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or related field, OR 2 years of data analytics experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in fraud strategy development and analysis (Card, Check, ACH, or Wire).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset.
