Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, system, and implementation acceptance criteria
- Work alongside Agile Product Owners to prioritize business needs using delivery value and risk
- Support test planning and confirm test coverage satisfies requirements
- Participate in retrospectives and BA Community of Practice to share best practices
- Provide insights on solution trade-offs and facilitate consensus across diverse stakeholder teams
Who You Are
- 1+ year of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent
- BA degree in Business, MIS, or related field preferred
- Agile product team exposure preferred; Guidewire experience is a plus
- Strong in analytical thinking, communication, facilitation, and collaboration
- Adaptable, constructive in conflict resolution, and resilient to changing demands
