- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, financial services, or consulting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Python scripting and Tableau dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills to extract insights and create compelling narratives.
- Excellent communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and automate SQL-based reporting on large, complex datasets.
- Apply descriptive and prescriptive analytics across the consumer lending lifecycle.
- Build and optimize Python scripts for data analysis in AWS Redshift and cloud environments.
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for business intelligence insights.
- Analyze industry trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance.
