Responsibilities:
- Analyze LIVE platform metrics (watching experience, creator growth, agency performance, etc.)
- Develop and manage metrics frameworks to assess product health
- Design and interpret A/B tests and apply causal inference techniques
- Identify growth opportunities using exploratory and strategic analytics
- Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, and Machine Learning experts to improve product and strategy
- Contribute to tooling, automation, and methodological improvements in data workflows
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL
- Strong analytical mindset and knowledge of statistical integrity in data work
- Excellent communication and interest in product-oriented challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or familiarity with TikTok LIVE or similar livestream platforms
- Python or R programming skills
- Understanding of machine learning or recommendation systems
