Role Overview
As a Data Analyst at Stripe, you’ll partner across multiple teams to provide the insights, dashboards, and data models needed to drive smarter decisions. You’ll translate complex business needs into actionable data solutions and contribute directly to major product and business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop data models, pipelines, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decisions.
- Work with partners across the company to identify analytics opportunities and solve data challenges.
- Use SQL, Python, and visualization tools to deliver meaningful business recommendations.
- Communicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- 2–8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or similar roles.
- Strong skills in SQL and Python.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data storytelling.
- Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Hadoop, Spark, and distributed data frameworks.
- Background in high-growth tech companies.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices and development cycles.
Remote Work Policy
This role is remote-friendly, provided you’re located 35+ miles from any Stripe office and not based in the Greater Seattle, NYC, or Bay Area. Stripe does not provide relocation support for remote roles.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is between $121,800 and $220,300, depending on experience and location. Additional benefits include:
