What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with Product Management and Digital Experience teams to improve the end-to-end customer purchase journey.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on A/B testing and experimentation, ensuring accurate data collection and measurement.
- Develop self-service reporting dashboards to empower analytics teams and stakeholders with customer engagement insights.
- Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and present insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Advance reporting capabilities and data-driven decision-making across B2C and B2B digital platforms.
- A collaborative mindset and curiosity to solve complex analytical challenges.
- Strong communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to simplify complex data stories and influence cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Data Analysis, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or related role.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation methods.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data querying and processing.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI; Adobe Analytics experience is a plus.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in predictive modeling and machine learning.
