Position Summary

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of Annual and Quarterly Analytics plan to enable HR strategy and action plans.
  • Provide consistent tracking and analysis of workforce performance metrics.
  • Integrate business performance and market forecasting into workforce planning.
  • Deliver regular reports and dashboards (succession planning, L&D, workforce trends, talent reviews).
  • Analyze turnover, retention, and HR program impacts across the employee life cycle.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and stakeholders to improve HR processes.
  • Synthesize insights into data visualizations for business leaders.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Economics, Business, HR, or related field with 2+ years of experience, OR Master’s with 1 year experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or Alteryx.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and workforce data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in non-HR functions is a plus.
  • Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Ability to design ad-hoc reports and transform into actionable insights.
