Job Description
As a Software Engineer at Rilla, you’ll ship features across the stack, solve high-scale problems, and help shape an engineering culture rooted in speed, ownership, and world-class technical decision-making. You’ll grow alongside the company and take ownership of systems that scale as Rilla 10×’s.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features end-to-end across the stack (React, React Native, Python, etc.)
- Implement workflows and systems to support large-scale customer needs
- Raise the bar on code quality, architectural patterns, and documentation
- Collaborate closely with customers and field teams to solve real-world problems
- Contribute to a high-intensity, high-accountability engineering culture

Requirements
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar
- Startup engineering experience highly preferred
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data processing, and modern dev tools

- Base Salary: $200,000 – $300,000/year
