Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s (or higher) in CS, Math, Stats, Econ, etc.
  • Graduation between Dec 2024 – June 2025
  • Less than 2 years professional work experience
  • Proficiency in languages like Python, Java, C++, Golang
  • Strong CS fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with online moderation or social platforms
  • Proficiency in backend (Golang or Python preferred)
  • Experience working at startups or midsize companies
  • Desire to work onsite in one of the Reddit office locations
