What You’ll Work On
- LLM User Summaries for subreddit moderators
- Automations Platform for streamlined content management
- LLM-Based Rule Enforcement for community moderation
- UX, software engineering, and data visualization tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (or higher) in CS, Math, Stats, Econ, etc.
- Graduation between Dec 2024 – June 2025
- Less than 2 years professional work experience
- Proficiency in languages like Python, Java, C++, Golang
- Strong CS fundamentals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with online moderation or social platforms
- Proficiency in backend (Golang or Python preferred)
- Experience working at startups or midsize companies
- Desire to work onsite in one of the Reddit office locations
