Key Responsibilities
- Provide dashboards and data extracts for daily operations and fundraising strategies.
- Develop and maintain reports for internal teams, executives, and volunteers.
- Lead data integrity practices, reporting documentation, and analytics processes.
- Build visualization and reporting tools to support AI and grateful patient platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of analytics experience including SQL, TSQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Excel.
- Understanding of donor segmentation, data accuracy, and BI/reporting tools.
- Experience presenting insights to stakeholders and maintaining secure data practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a healthcare or nonprofit environment.
- Knowledge of planned giving, donor pipelines, or fundraising models.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
