Netflix is reinventing how the world is entertained, and the N-Tech team plays a vital role in that transformation by creating seamless internal workflows and systems. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications and integrations with both third-party and in-house services.
You’ll be involved in strategy, architecture, and full-cycle development — all aimed at making employees more productive and collaborative.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate fully integrated internal solutions across custom-built and third-party apps.
- Influence strategy and vision for internal enterprise tools and workflows.
- Apply AI/GenAI responsibly to solve workforce challenges.
- Build and maintain responsive web interfaces using React, and backends using Python/TypeScript.
- Develop and integrate APIs and services using REST/GraphQL.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in software development (full stack preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React.
- Expert in data structures, algorithms, and scalable architecture patterns.
- Experience building high-quality APIs and integrating with both internal and third-party services.
- Cloud expertise: AWS, GCP, or similar.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bonus: Experience applying AI/ML solutions in enterprise software.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $79,800 – $178,100/year (based on experience & location)
