In this hybrid role, you’ll work on building and optimizing cloud-scale data pipelines, administering Snowflake environments, and enabling business-wide analytics across a leading SaaS data platform company.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Snowflake data environments including warehouse scaling, query tuning, and access policies.
- Design and build robust ELT pipelines from file-based and API sources using tools like Fivetran and dbt.
- Ensure pipeline performance, cost-efficiency, and data reliability across cloud platforms.
- Support infrastructure design, deployment, and lifecycle management for critical data systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, developers, and analysts to support company-wide data initiatives.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and implement DevOps best practices.
Required Competencies
- Advanced understanding of ELT architecture and SQL development.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, and cloud data platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for pipeline development and performance optimization.
- Ability to design scalable, efficient, and flexible data solutions.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills across technical and business teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a data engineering role focused on data performance and reliability.
- Experience with hybrid/cloud systems and data transformation tools.
- Familiarity with security, access control, and data governance in enterprise environments.
