Responsibilities:
- Integrate Chromium into Meta’s mobile apps
- Work with product/design to build user experiences
- Improve browser stability and performance
- Implement new APIs and web features
- Build reusable software components
- Lead design and security planning for mobile browsers
- Profile and optimize performance across the stack
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years in web browser development
- C++ programming experience
- Experience with large code bases and cross-platform development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Rust programming knowledge
- Experience with Chromium/Blink
- Mobile development (Android/iOS)
- Proposing and contributing to web standards
