Job Description
As part of the Right Payor Solutions Engineering Team, the SQL Developer will design, develop, and implement ETL processes to analyze health insurance data. This role includes writing complex SQL queries, extracting insights from medical claims, and working within an Agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop technical specs from functional requirements for large-scale data systems.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries on large transactional datasets.
- Use MS SQL Server, Visual Studio, and TFS in Agile/SCRUM environments.
- Understand medical and pharmacy claims data relationships.
- Perform problem resolution and provide technical support.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a SQL Developer.
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server (queries, triggers, stored procedures).
- Experience with Visual Studio, TFS, and Excel.
- Understanding of Agile development with SCRUM.
- Preferred: Experience with SSIS, XML, and healthcare claims data.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
