Responsibilities
- Analyze student data related to recruitment, retention, engagement, and academic success.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and predictive models to support enrollment and student affairs decision-making.
- Collaborate with university departments to ensure effective use of data across functions.
- Maintain data quality and uphold ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in higher education or related domains.
- Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, SAS, or SPSS.
- Experience with Snowflake, Banner, PeopleSoft, Slate, or Canvas.
- Proficient in data transformation, dashboard development, and predictive analytics.
- Understanding of enrollment strategies, student advising, and retention practices.
- Familiarity with data privacy and FERPA compliance.
