Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data pipelines and models to support analytics
- Automate reporting and dashboard solutions across BI platforms
- Develop statistical models for forecasting, trend analysis, and optimization
- Create interactive dashboards using DAX, LOD, and advanced visualizations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, and sales teams
- Document user stories and partner with data architecture teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, IT, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics or BI roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Experience with data integration, ETL, and analytics in cloud environments (Databricks, Snowflake)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Six Sigma, process improvement methodologies
- Data platform certifications (AWS, Google Data Analytics)
- Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud services (AWS, Azure)
- Strong data storytelling/visualization techniques
