Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analyses across datasets related to headcount, hiring, and facilities
- Build state-of-the-art data pipelines and dashboards to centralize and visualize key insights
- Translate business needs into data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Implement robust data quality processes to maintain integrity
- Support and experiment with AI solutions for strategic business planning
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or operations
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with Apps Script and Plx scripting
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Cider, Critique, Borg jobs
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and business acumen
