Key Responsibilities:
- Migrate business-critical workloads to AWS
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK & TypeScript
- Architect and deploy multi-tier cloud applications that are secure, available, and resilient
- Collaborate with global teams to define best practices and improve cloud architecture standards
- Build and maintain tooling for CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and deployment pipelines
- Lead cloud-native transformations and application modernization initiatives
- Create reusable patterns and frameworks to accelerate AWS adoption across engineering teams
- Support day 2 operations, infrastructure scaling, and performance tuning
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5 years of cloud engineering experience (AWS preferred)
- Hands-on experience with AWS CDK, TypeScript, and CloudFormation
- Experience with ECS Fargate, Lambdas, Step Functions, RDS, S3, and MSK
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, JavaScript, and Node.js
- CI/CD experience with GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline, Bazel, or Gradle
- Working knowledge of DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Aurora PostgreSQL
- Strong grasp of DevOps practices, observability (CloudWatch, Prometheus), and agile methods
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect – Associate)
- Knowledge of serverless computing and microservices architecture
- Experience in solution engineering and cloud cost optimization
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
