What you’ll do
- Maintain data integrity across multiple ERPs and adhere to compliance standards.
- Perform data cleanup tasks (identify and correct incorrect, corrupted, duplicate, or incomplete records).
- Integrate and transform data from multiple sources; interpret results to identify business trends.
- Support new fleet integrations: define assets, set up parsing rules, configure reports, and coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain reporting and visualization using visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
- Contribute to process improvements and drive change to streamline data workflows.
- Communicate findings and present to stakeholders; manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
Minimum qualifications
- Prior hands-on experience with data management or data administration preferred.
- Comfort working with ERP data and cleaning/transforming complex datasets.
- Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
- Willingness to collaborate with IT and business teams; strong team and independent working capabilities.
Preferred skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Attention to detail, excellent organization and prioritization skills.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and driving process change.
- Ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences clearly.
