Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and integrate data from internal systems (ERP, PLM, CRM) and external sources.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and digital teams to build dashboards and data pipelines.
- Analyze product usage, reliability, and service data to drive product improvements and warranty decisions.
- Support commercial insights with competitor benchmarking, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation.
- Develop visual reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI for technical and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with IoT and service teams on telemetry data integration for remote diagnostics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to handle large datasets and complete end-to-end data projects.
- Excellent communication and business insight translation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with IoT or sensor-based analytics.
- Familiarity with commercial HVAC/plumbing systems.
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
