- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while performing debugging and optimization.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to ensure stability and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and share technical expertise to enhance team capabilities.
- 4+ years of application development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Java, C, C#, C++, or similar languages.
- 2+ years of experience in SQL databases.
- 2+ years of experience with Spring Boot/Spring Security.
- 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- 2+ years of experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Equivalent educational, professional, or military experience is acceptable.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in collaborative and fast-paced environments.
