What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytic reports
- Create and optimize data models within Power BI
- Extract and analyze data using SQL for business insights
- Translate business requirements into data visualizations
- Support stakeholders with advanced analytics and reporting
- Ensure performance and usability of existing BI solutions
- Stay informed on best practices in analytics and visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience
- Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard and model development
- Proficient in SQL and data extraction techniques
- Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus
- Communicates complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Manages multiple BI projects in fast-paced settings
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Tableau, Qlik, or other BI tools
- Experience using Python or R
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and ETL processes
- Experience in financial services
- Background in Agile work environments
