Expedia Group’s Advertising division is seeking a motivated and technically sound Data Engineer I to support advertiser reporting systems across real-time and batch data platforms. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable real-time and batch data pipelines for advertising and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges using data.
- Develop clean, modular, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Assist in testing, debugging, and optimizing data engineering tasks.
- Contribute to the design and deployment of data-driven solutions.
- Work on integration, automation, and monitoring of data workflows.
- Participate in technical discussions, challenge the status quo, and innovate continuously.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or equivalent field.
- Built at least 3 software projects independently.

- Interest in distributed systems, advertising data, and performance analytics.
