- Derive insights from data to influence product roadmaps and business outcomes.
- Apply advanced statistical and analytical methods to model user behavior and evaluate new features.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
- Evaluate product experiments to optimize user experiences.
- Build dashboards, reports, and forecasts to support fact-based decision making at scale.
- Ensure high quality and accuracy in tracking and data collection systems.
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) an undergraduate or graduate degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, computer science, math, linguistics, or related), with expected graduation by Fall 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working on consumer digital products.
- Hands-on experience analyzing large datasets and presenting results.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA.
- Experience with big data and cloud technologies like BigQuery, Snowflake, or dbt.
- Ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
- Self-starter with a passion for learning and mentoring others in analytics methods.
