Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to make business recommendations (cost-benefit, forecasting, impact analysis, etc.).
- Ensure data accuracy and cleansing for publicly used elements.
- Develop and manage processes, standards, and data quality to support enterprise-wide use.
- Present findings and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Develop, automate, and prototype dashboards and reports to provide insights at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Enable self-service reporting and train business units on BI tools.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or completion within 9 months).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (R, SAS, SPSS, MATLAB, etc.).
- Experience with SQL, relational databases (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft), and ETL design.
- Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Lumira, Webi, etc.).
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Experience in cross-functional, interdisciplinary fields.
- Utility or customer-oriented industry experience.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
