- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience with data cataloging, metadata management, and lineage mapping tools (Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Purview, Apache Atlas, etc.).
- 2+ years of cloud-native engineering (AWS, Azure, GCP) using FaaS/PaaS/microservices.
- Strong data engineering foundation with OOD/OOP, algorithms, and SQL skills.
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and modern DevSecOps/Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools like ADO, GitHub, SonarQube, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
- Advanced degree (MS or higher).
- Experience in AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage diverse situations, complex projects, and shifting priorities with empathy and care.
