Work You’ll Do

  • Deliver outcome-driven engineering solutions with a focus on customer and business impact.
  • Serve as a technical advocate, ensuring feasibility, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain accountability for code design, implementation, and quality through ongoing operations.
  • Develop lean, customer-centric engineering solutions with rapid experimentation and iterative delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product management, delivery, and experience design.
  • Apply Agile, DevSecOps, and modern engineering practices for continuous deployment and delivery.
  • Translate business needs and data designs into technical specifications and scalable code.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to inspire and influence stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience with data cataloging, metadata management, and lineage mapping tools (Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Purview, Apache Atlas, etc.).
  • 2+ years of cloud-native engineering (AWS, Azure, GCP) using FaaS/PaaS/microservices.
  • Strong data engineering foundation with OOD/OOP, algorithms, and SQL skills.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and modern DevSecOps/Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency with tools like ADO, GitHub, SonarQube, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MS or higher).
  • Experience in AI/ML and Generative AI (GenAI).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage diverse situations, complex projects, and shifting priorities with empathy and care.
The estimated salary range for this role is $66,200 – $135,800 annually. Compensation is based on skills, experience, certifications, and other business factors. Deloitte offers a comprehensive benefits package and career development opportunities.
