What You’ll Do:
- Build ingestion systems handling millions of events/sec with sub-second latency
- Work on distributed systems in Scala and Go
- Design alerting, enrichment, and real-time search features for NG-SIEM
- Maintain highly available and multi-region systems in production
- Participate in code reviews, test automation, and continuous deployment
- Collaborate with UX, frontend teams, product managers, and other stakeholders
- Troubleshoot complex issues in production systems
- Contribute to cross-team and platform-wide initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 2+ years backend software engineering experience
- Fluent in at least one JVM language (Scala preferred)
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, or real-time data
- Strong collaborative attitude and eagerness to take ownership
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Scala or Go
- Kafka and distributed message processing systems
- AWS, GCP, or Azure familiarity
- Debugging production issues in microservices architecture
- Knowledge of alerting, monitoring, and observability best practices
