Job Responsibilities:
- Manage global Seeds Master Data in SAP/ECC, S4, Microsoft AX, and D365
- Develop tools (Excel, Access, VBA, Java) to enhance Master Data management
- Collaborate with Seed Production, Supply Chain, IT, and R&D teams
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data systems across business units
- Support configuration changes with enterprise IT teams
- Monitor and maintain data traceability, audit readiness, and system integrity
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Information Management, or related field
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft AX/Dynamics, Excel, Access
- Strong VBA and Java knowledge for automation tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Customer service orientation
Preferred:
- Degree in MIS or Agriculture-related field
- ERP experience (SAP/S4)
- Prior experience in Master Data handling and process improvement
