
Confie is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our growing team in Dallas, TX (with hybrid and remote flexibility available). This role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 – $120,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll work closely with the Director of Enterprise Architecture to build advanced AI/ML models, Generative AI solutions, and data-driven frameworks that drive innovation, improve business outcomes, and elevate customer experience.

- Develop and operationalize supervised and unsupervised AI/ML models on Snowflake Cloud (Snowpark framework).
- Design and implement solutions using the latest AI/ML/NLP techniques and statistical methods.
- Integrate LLMs and Generative AI for automation and business intelligence.
- Build and deploy retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks.
- Perform data cleansing, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis using Python.
- Assess accuracy of new data sources and apply data wrangling techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, architects) for model development and productionization.
- Communicate insights with clear data visualizations and reports.
- Stay current with industry trends and AI/ML advancements.
- Provide on-call support as required.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong expertise in analyzing and modeling large data sets (structured, semi-structured, unstructured).
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with pre-training and fine-tuning LLM models.
- Knowledge of LangChain, sentence transformer frameworks, and ChatGPT-4 (or equivalent models).
- Applied experience with advanced machine learning techniques.
- Strong understanding of evolving data science best practices.
