- Perform root cause analysis on large data sets to uncover insights and generate business recommendations.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to ensure high data quality.
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns in data to support business improvements.
- Provide and develop reporting on new or existing KPIs.
- Work with stakeholders to identify reporting and analytics improvement opportunities.
- Utilize business process and divisional expertise to offer guidance to peers.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or related fields.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in reporting and analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Business Objects.
- Fundamental skills in SQL and CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and project management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on SQL experience.
