Role Overview
The Data Analyst will be part of the Data and Analytics team within the Center for Healthcare Quality and Analytics. You’ll contribute to hospital-wide data initiatives, provide analytical solutions to improve clinical care, and support decision-making through data storytelling and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, develop metrics, and retrieve/validate data
- Create dashboards and analytical tools to measure outcomes
- Present insights in an understandable and impactful way
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data projects
- Provide support for both ad-hoc and recurring reporting needs
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
- Skills: SQL, R/Python/SAS, Tableau/Qlik, relational databases
- Experience: Experience working in a healthcare or data-centric environment is an advantage
