- Design and implement standardized data management procedures for ingestion, preparation, provisioning, and destruction.
- Develop, implement, and test large-scale, high-volume, high-performance data structures for business intelligence and analytics.
- Design and maintain real-time processing applications and pipelines.
- Ensure solution quality as data moves across environments.
- Identify opportunities to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
- Support data security and integrity practices.
- Maintain documentation and comply with all company standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0 – 2 years of related experience, or equivalent knowledge gained through practical accomplishments.
- Completion of a Centene-sponsored emerging talent program may also qualify.
- Data Analysis, Data Collection, Data Validation, and QA Testing tools (Quality Center, QTP, LoadRunner).
- Experience with Cloud Applications and Big Data platforms.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of distributed systems for data ingestion and processing of large datasets.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Preferred: Experience with Snowflake and advanced SQL.
Pay Range: $26.50 – $47.59 per hour (adjusted based on skills, experience, and education).
