Job Overview

As a Data Analytics Associate at CBRE, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making by managing data collection, aggregation, auditing, and dashboard/report creation. This role is part of the Digital & Technology – Data Science & Analytics team and involves working with SQL, scripting, visualization tools, and low-code solutions to support cross-functional teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, input, audit, and aggregate data for accurate metric reporting.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to pull and curate data.
  • Assist in generating dashboards, data models, and performance metrics.
  • Create ad-hoc reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with agile teams and suggest process improvements.
  • Support data governance, accuracy, and automation initiatives.
  • Respond to management/vendor requests with accurate data insights.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of data analytics or related work experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL, ETL pipelines, scripting, and database management systems.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
