Key Responsibilities
- Process access requests for internal and external customers.
- Analyze complex access issues and collaborate across teams for resolutions.
- Maintain user access documentation and training guides.
- Track work progress using tools like Azure DevOps and Salesforce.
- Provide support during IAM tool development and testing cycles.
- Generate reports, troubleshoot, and provide performance metrics.
- Leverage emotional intelligence for effective collaboration and communication.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of professional equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management solutions.
- 3+ years of experience working with IAM data processing or analytics roles.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Ability to advocate for external customers during tech deployments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Analytics, Tableau, and Confluence.
- 3+ years of customer support or IT operations experience.
- Background in automation, LEAN methodologies, or systems thinking.
