
Blackrock is hiring for Analyst role. The Alternatives Client Platform (ACP) team, with 60+ employees across multiple offices, supports investor communications, reporting, marketing collateral, data management, and operational enhancements to ensure a best-in-class client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate quarterly reporting packages using portfolio and market updates from various teams.
- Collect, validate, and aggregate data for client reporting, including performance attribution, AUM, and flows.
- Manage custom client requests and regulatory reporting submissions.
- Prepare materials for quarterly fund webcasts.
- Refresh marketing content, submit compliance approvals, and maintain proposal response libraries.
- Assist with RFP responses, client due-diligence requests, and industry surveys.
- Update strategy performance and track records quarterly.
- Support automation and process re-engineering projects for client service activities.

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with VBA or Python is a plus.
- 0–3 years of experience for analyst level; 3+ years for associate level in financial services or asset management.

- Salary range: $71,250 – $90,000 annually.
