Job Description
The Associate will join BlackRock’s Technology team, focusing on the design, development, and deployment of scalable data-driven applications. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional squads, improving platform performance, and supporting production issues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications aligned with BlackRock’s design standards.
- Work in cross-functional teams with PMs and product managers.
- Support production issues unresolved by the operations team.
- Participate in user engagement and platform optimization efforts.
Required Skills
- Python (Django, Flask, Pandas)
- Scalable architecture design
- Databases: MS SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase
- Tools: Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins
- Agile development experience
