You’ll support health plan customers using BI tools like Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI — delivering insights via SQL-driven reports and data visualizations. Key Responsibilities
- Train health plan customers on BI tools and analyze their data needs
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and datasets
- Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported data and reporting issues
- Provide proactive support and relationship management using tools like JIRA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enhancements
- Follow protocols to clean, process, and validate data
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong SQL proficiency (required)
- Experience with BI tools: Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills and relationship management
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Data/Business Analyst experience
- Healthcare/payer industry exposure
- Advanced Excel and AWS QuickSight experience
- Dashboard building and dataset design track record

- Monitoring and responding to customer requests via email and JIRA
- Running customer calls and training sessions
- Developing reports and presenting solutions
- Collaborating on data enhancements and quality initiatives
- Documenting issues and supporting team goals
