Key Responsibilities

  • Perform root cause analysis on large data sets to uncover insights and generate business recommendations.
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to ensure high data quality.
  • Identify and interpret trends or patterns in data to support business improvements.
  • Provide and develop reporting on new or existing KPIs.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify reporting and analytics improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize business process and divisional expertise to offer guidance to peers.
Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or related fields.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in reporting and analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Business Objects.
  • Fundamental skills in SQL and CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and project management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on SQL experience.
