Summary
As a Data Analyst I, you will support system triage, data analysis, performance evaluations, and audits to ensure toll system stability and compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also assist deployment and maintenance teams with system tuning, post-deployment testing, and reporting.
Essential Skills & Responsibilities
- On-site role at TransCore Raleigh, NC office.
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly system analyses and audits.
- Strong SQL and reporting skills with expertise in data retrieval and analysis.
- Proficiency with MS Office and analytics tools.
- Prepare and deliver accurate data and reports for reconciliation and compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
Required Education & Experience
- 1–3 years of analytical experience with complex technical systems, OR
- Equivalent Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with required skill set.
- Experience in data analytics, reporting, and auditing techniques.
- Working knowledge of software/hardware testing and system fundamentals.
- Ability to work a standard weekly schedule with occasional evening/weekend availability.
Preferred Skills
- Automation or scripting skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
- Knowledge of MS Active Directory.
- Experience in Disaster Recovery scenarios and validation testing.
