- Collaborate with the Global Reporting team to manage and analyze data across multiple clients and geographies.
- Work with historical datasets to generate accurate, consistent, and comprehensive reports.
- Utilize BI tools such as UDW, RMS, MFT, PBI, and DOMO to deliver live global reports.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Improve reporting processes by leveraging modern BI techniques and tools.
- Ensure all reports meet client requirements and are delivered on time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst or similar role with focus on global reporting.
- Proficiency in UDW, RMS, MFT, PBI, DOMO.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of WFM Workforce Management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary Range: $38.56 – $55.08 hourly (plus incentives based on individual and company performance).
